Well you can try to reverse it from V3 to fit your TBDev 09 not sure if it will work I dont have it installed so I can not play with it sorry
Never fall to those that just sit there.. Always look for the way to the top even if you have to code it your self and mistakes and all... quote from BonZO...

It can be converted yes, but as it stands it is not compatible due to differences within sources, needs the instructions set up as if as i was modding Tbdev09, only way i can do that is by getting 09 on a test server and creating it, i just made this up as went for V3.
