this error as nothing to do with th logs on the server, for one start also in config you do not set cooke
like so
$INSTALLER09['cookie_prefix']  = ''; // This allows you to have multiple trackers, eg for demos, testing etc.
$INSTALLER09['cookie_path']    = '';   // ATTENTION: You should never need this unless the above applies eg: /tbdev
$INSTALLER09['cookie_domain']  = ''; // set to eg: .somedomain.com or is subdomain set to: .sub.somedomain.com

And you will still get the error

Also you do not have to rush a sign up
its just crap coding Realy and it wants removing from forum

Hey. This error can be caused by not being able to log in the server. Sometimes the log files can become very large hdd so small, the problem may be that full.

Mate this source etc has been tested on HDD space as small at 10GB upwards, no matter what you can still login etc!!!
Want help? post in the forums and help will be give, but please remember to search the forums to make sure it hasn't already been covered! Please post all things in correct areas of our forums, thankyou.
