Search problem

the database is set on utf8_unicode_ci
the version is 09 the latest rev.

first of all you haven`t given away which version of tbdev, secondly for you to use unicode(like japanese or any other like this) your database must be set to utf8_*
if you could post a little bit more maybe we can tell you even more...
one thing to keep in mind is that if your using preg_match to filter all your searches than i think thats where the problem might be... not sure...

I have a problem with my torrent search from browse. If i want to search torrents with specific characters, let's say greek, japanese, or any other characters that are not standard ones, the search will show all torrents, not the ones with the specific characters in their titles.
