Lang problem

Im trying to transelate to another language, so i wrote "æøå" in header and body. header says "æøå" but body says "æøå", why? I did check teh databse, they are in utf8_unicode_ci. any idea? got same problem when i make category names with "æ"ø" or "å" in category when i write "ø" i get "�" any idea?
