did you install mail on server?
what OS is your server?

CentOS 6 64. And I don't think.

Centos 6.64 installs postfix by default, I personally find postfix buggy and shite, you can install sendmail easily with this guide http://needs-be.blogspot.ca/2012/02/sendmail-under-centos-62.html

sendmail is lightweight and does everything needed with out a lot of configuration, most times with out any configuration

Recover Account doesn't because an e-mail is not sent and neither does signup because an e-mail isn't sent for it either. What do I do? My friend cannot signup because he doesn't get the e-mail and I want e-mail confirm to stay on. He tries to Recover Account after he made his account and it doesn't work either.
