I would verify that the users table was imported correctly. So in mysql or phpmyadmin do which will remove then readd the users table

Ok thanks. I have done what you said and this is the info i have now. The error is

Field 'last_login' doesn't have a default value

Any suggestions?

Have you checked any of the error logs?

You may get more information if you change

Hi
i hope someone can help me with this. I have freshly installed U232 (the first one, with no memcache). It seems to have installed properly but when I tried to create the first user (System , as the directions state to do) when i submit the info I get an error on the takesignup page that says User Error Fatal Error. I have checked the database and the user hasn't been populated. Anyone know where the problem lies?
