You can but that code is out of date now as the project moved to: http://code.google.com/p/xbt/
But it is also missing features that you will probably want: snatchlist (though xbt_files_users can be used as such), connectable checking (removed for performance reasons), client/peerid banning, ip bans, freeleech torrents and cheater detection.
