U-232v5 with Foundation responsive design

OMG you guys are still on about bootstrap here LMAO...

Let me get this code installed and see what I can do. I think more simple layout and quick change would be the key.. Also you can get anything to work with mobile devices just need a bit of love :)

Bootstrap was started in version 3, then more was added in v4, then finally v5 was transformed into the bootstrap framework, :)

It will work on all devices i think, i will not change the code, is gonna be like when swizzles or son i dont know who add bootsrap...from what i know older versions of u-232(v1,v2 and v3) this 3 versions they dont have a responsive design (bootsrap)...so bootrsap has been added from version 4... it will no affect older versions, this it will be a version with foundation instead bootsrap so just for v5...sorry about when i write framework, but didn't bootstrap it is an framework?

I guess might be a nice idea but I think bootstrap is more via-able myself cause of mobile support and what not..
My OP if you going to make a framework version make a whole new version cause it will get down right confusing trying to get info from members, never mind the fact major amount of files prob changed so bootstrap and older versions will not work with the new code..

I like the look of Foundation, maybe if there is enough support, the framework of this source can be switched from bootstrap, I understand the work that this may / will entail. On the flip side off that could be whats needed to clean, purge, files, pics, and images.

I've just start again to do u232 with Foundation by Zrub instead of Bootsrap(realy i like bootstrap for design and popularity) but somebody is asking me 2 years ago why u-232 cannot have something different than bootsrap like foundation, and i said yes it can be, and i've started work on it, but i gave up because of problems, work,family, daughter ect. you know all of you how is it.. But now here i am, about 2-3 weeks ago i'm thinking to start again and with lots of works i've done some bits....I hope so i  will finish this modification... so every body can enjoy with that...

Main Navbar and Staff Tools group button are now in off-canvas menu
All index block there are in accorrdion which is more nice and all are closed, instead of shoutbox (i will add later a function so next time when you go again on index page to remember which block is close and which is open)
Status bar is same in off-canvas but it showing from the bottom of navbar and i add the button in global alerts
Userdetails its took me long time to finish it and still not finish...
   Instead of flipbox for watched user, system comments and staff notes i add modal
   All the links like invincible,stealth,shitlist, add to friends, add to block, sharemark, my announcement and sharemarks which isnt grouped nicely before, are now in breadrcumbs (i have to think again about that )
   All notification like invincible, stealth, watcheduser, member updated, shitlist, donorstatus ect. they are showing all nice...
Messages button from global alert, added in modal as well..

Recent news i've used blockquote instead of regular div so i made it different

I will try to replace icons (/pic/) with fontawesome so page will load more faster.
