It says to chmod cache in imdb but you that folder does not exist you must create a folder named cache in imdb folder, no need to chmod on windows

Dont use filezilla to chmod them..  Try something like winSCP.  Or do it from the command line.

thanks for helping but i have anther Problem when i install the script it Asking  to chmod some files
whene i Open file zilla  i chmod the files but it give me this message 504 Command not implemented for that parameter so what can ido to fix the Problem and install the script ?

Is not that hard, if you are using xampp download memcache binary

and save it in c:/ and create a folder memcached and ad it into it... now search on google for this dll: php_memcache.dll and copy it to xampp/php/ext after you copy it in php folder search for php.ini and add this in to the line with other dll's such as curl, etc.:

extension=php_memcache.dll
