THats the correct thing but it can be a pian in the ass - just search the guides and ask the host.

I do not know how to really set it up.
I installed something called memcache (1.2.13) in my cPanel. But do not know if it was the right thing.

Please state what os your using as then we can make you sure you get better helped as putyn stated you memcache is not installed or you have not set it up right ?
Never fall to those that just sit there.. Always look for the way to the top even if you have to code it your self and mistakes and all... quote from BonZO...

your memcache server its not working properly - but we do not support that in here
