have you installed this in your root directory? for instance the /www/ directory, or are you installing it in a subdirectory, for instance, /www/mytracker/

if its a subdirectory you will need to change the root path to add .'/mytracker' which i believe is in config.php but i cannot be 100% sure.

dont know how anyone get errors installing this, make sure files that need cmod, are cmod, also make sure you read all config and fill our correctly, if unsure i can take a look. is this in root or in sub folder?
