It could be a number of factors. Have you checked your error logs?
Can you post errors please, as this will give us a better picture.

IM using the non memacache version to try this software out the install all went well my config and annouce wrote as they should and in correct place i deleted the install folder but when i click at the bottom of the install page to sign in all i get is a blank white page can any one offer any advice please
