Well then you need to install all the mods your self .. go to the mod list an start installing them we will not do it for you :P

As Rep said its there unless your using U-232 or took out the mods I almost bet you need to just start over !

so in your staff panel, you dont have Block Manager, because its there unless you took it out, i have used both V2 and V3 and they both have it 100% chap

ok just installed this u-232 working a treat would like the scrolling top ten torrents  on index page with seeders and leacher under the pic, and a radio mod please
